AD&C Principals appreciate the opportunity to share the mission, vision and focus of enhancing Quality of Life and economic empowerment of local Communities through DX - Digital Transformation, P3 ("private | public | partnerships"), Alliance iii Initiatives and Ecosystems, Digital Assets, UCC Controllable Electronic Records and digital innovation ("DX").
Alasdair Douglas & Co. is a brand representing decentralised autonomous organisations of natural and legal persons, juridical entities, intangible assets and intellectual property, facilitating innovation and discovery, as well as implementation and operatipns in a modular architecture, using DX-Digital Transformation and Digital Twins, and the resources of associated Initiatives and Ecosystems.
The Framework begins with Initiatives, which are comprised of Ecosystems. Each Ecosystem operates through standard configurable Components and organisational types, in a fashion similar to "lego" concepts. At the core of these systems are "digital assets" and transformation of legacy operating paradigms using new digital "machine learning" and AGI (artificial general intelligence) technologies.
Initiatives and Ecosystems operating under DIGITALUNIVERSE and/or in HOMEWORLD Protocols may be facilitated by AD&C participants as Sponsors and Society Members.
ADC Ecosystem represents a decentralized autonomous organisation ("DAO") comprised of AD&C participants interacting with Initiatives and their respective Ecosystems established by AD&C Principals and affiliated participants.
In addition, ADC Ecosystem is comprised of Components and other elements necessary to achieve its Ecosystem objectives.
A primary purpose of ADC Ecosystem is to act as a catalyst in driving Innovation and use of Alliance iii.o Protocols and Components.
AD&C Principals facilitate creation of Ecosystems in applicable Inititives through PRIMITIVEs and PROTOCOLs. Core Primitives and Protocols may be accessed through the associated links.
ADC Ecosystem expects to generate revenue and economic value from the activities of its Principals and affiliates interacting with the broad range of Initiatives, Ecosystems, Components and other elements, intellectual property and intangible assets comprising the various participating frameworks.
As new Ecosystems are created across myriad Initiatives, various AD&C Principals, members and associates, integrate and faciliate through applicable DAOs. Ecosystem DAOs, bridged across this Ecosystem's DAO framework facilitating communications, information sharing, operations protocols, collaboration and sharing of transaction activities and value appreciation.
To establish and operate the AD&C Initiative and the AD&C Econsystem, an International Sponsor Organisation ("ISO") is formed. A similar approach is undertaken for creating additional Initiatives.
Forming an Ecosystem involves a Sponsor group which establishes proper protocols, components and other elements of formation.
For long term expansion and godparenting of an Ecosystem, the framework is designed to enlist participants in an Ecosystem's Society. Lighthouse Philanthropy foundations are primary beneficiaries the actions of Society members.
AD&C Principals may from time to time, serve on various Lighthouse Philanthropies charitable initiative boards under a framework which seeks to integrate private sector Community activities, with charitable, social, educational activities of Lighthouse Philanthropies foundation members, under a framework established two decades ago by Investors Guaranty Global Alliance™.
